The Hen and The Hog NJ was created by Eric and Angela Mann. The intention behind the Food Truck was to finally do their own thing. “After over a decade in the restaurant industry, we thought that it was time to make a business of our own.”
The concept of the food truck comes from the inspiration behind Eric working with his Uncle pig roasting and catering since 2011. With formal culinary education, training, and years in dozens of restaurants throughout New York City and New Jersey, Eric and Angela are determined to put their absolute best out there. They are a husband and wife chef duo that have worked side by side in multiple kitchens as an incredible team.
The food truck serves Homemade Specialty Sausages. Not limited to, The Hen and The Hog execute an array of different cuisines. They are event based, as well as provide private catering.
